1. Get rid of most of your stuff.
2. I’m not kidding.
3. Purge that crap out of your life.
4. Really, how many things do you need? Do you love it? No? Get rid of it.
5. Start with each room and be merciless. How much wrapping paper do you really need? Are you really going to ever scrapbook? NO MERCY!
6. No child needs that amount of clothes. Or plastic toys that are crap. Get them out.
7. Pretend your are moving. Get rid of stuff. Sell it. Gift it. Get it out of the house.
8. Have you purged your house yet? Why? Reflect on your fear about letting things go. Get to the bottom of it.
9. Then get rid of more crap.
10. Organization is now a breeze because you only have the things you need and like and there is a place for everything.
Side note: While this list was somewhat silly and sarcastic, following it really will help you get organized and feel better about your life.
